The Mikron MILL P 800 U D (D stands for power) version can generate an acceleration of 1.7g on the X, Y, and Z axes. This allows it to have the best productivity when manufacturing flow components and molds that require high kinetic energy to move, and allows the spindle speed to reach 36,000rpm.

The overall surface quality can reach Ra0.2µm and the accuracy can reach 0.002 mm. Regardless of the small or large number of heavy prototypes, parts and mold production have excellent performance.

It can easily slide rough and fine milling parts (ᴓ 800 x 500 mm) with a weight of 800 kg (including compound molds) in the shortest time under the same framework of the same machine.

It can be fully integrated into the processing workshop, and its unique automation is designed through the processing center to make the volume more compact.
